These awards affirm our position as a People Centric organisation and Human Capital Thought Leader. The Theme for the 2014 awards was “Connecting Minds, Creating the Future”. In light of this theme, we won three awards in the categories of:

• Talent Management and
• Promoting Health in the Workplace.

Careers24 “Future of HR Awards”

The Human Capital team competed and won BIG against their peers in Human Resources! The team scooped two of three awards at the inaugural gala dinner for the Careers24 “Future of HR Awards”.

AfroCentric Health was the biggest winner of the night with two awards won for the Best HR Strategic Plan and Best Health and Wellbeing Strategy. The Group was also nominated for the Best Learning and Development Strategy award.
