We have implemented several Learnership programmes for both employed and unemployed people. We continue to support and implement learnerships within our business contributing toward skills development in both our business and the country.
Our Learning and Performance Academy has gained accreditation with Services Seta and currently offers the following learnerships:
- NQF 3 – Business processes for contact centre management
- NQF 4 – Business processes for contact centre management
- NQF 5 – Generic management
We have implemented several Internship programmes in the past, allowing students to receive work exposure in a variety of career paths. We are proud to share that a significant number of interns have found a permanent place in our company after completion of their internship programmes.
